We the management of Turkish American Association – Antalya are looking for two qualified Native English teachers with 2-3 years experience in teaching English as a Second Language and experience in teaching IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, TOEIC, SAT would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Being part of our team gives you lots of opportunities to grow, but with great power also comes great responsibility. Here are some of them:

• Perform daily teaching tasks like teaching, evaluation and grading.

• Be a good team player– work closely with other staff to create and reinforce a firm foundation for all classes.

• Modifying and building on the curriculum, working closely with the Director of Studies and the Management.

• Help with diagnostic and progress monitoring testing across the school.

• Update student performance trackers and use data to help guide  plans.

• Communicate consistently with DOS regarding progress.

Must Haves:

• A desire to have fun every day.

• A minimum of two years teaching, preferably in a foreign country.

• A track record of success and planning in the classroom, with data that you can explain.

• High level of content knowledge.

• A collaborative attitude towards teaching and learning.

• The ability to be flexible in a high-performing school environment where things change all the time.
